50 Cent Bust Back At Officer Ricky Ross
In a new track by Rick Ross titled "Mafia Music", he aims a few bars at 50 Cent, who has already fired back with a new track titled, "Officer Ricky Go Ahead Try Me." In Ross song, he says, ""I love to pay ya bills, can't wait to pay ya rent/ Curtis Jackson baby mama, I ain't looking for a cent/ Burn the house down, you gotta buy another/ Don't forget the gas can, jealous, stupid muthafucka." 50 didn't waste anytime with his reply where he rapped about Rick Ross career as a correctional office. On a Kre-Note, I am rather surprised at how quickly 50 returned with a dis, since he refused to go after Nas, whom he says is beneath him. So is he saying Rick Ross is on his level or at least near it, since he took it upon himself to reply.

Kimora Lee Finally Divorced
Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons divorce is finalized after announcing they were divorcing in 2006. Papers were filed this week in a Los Angeles Superior Court. Last June Kimora was granted sole custody of their two children. It's been reported that Kimora is currently pregnant with actor, Djimon Hounsou. In other news Kimora is expanding her Baby Phat empire into Latin America. The fashionista is in Mexico City this week to introduce the line, which will be carried by Liverpoo; department stores. Kimora told sources that they downsized a little but will never turn their back on fashion.

New Orleans Essence Fest Lineup
The line up for the 15th Annual Essence Music Festival, which takes place in New Orleans has been announced. Beyonce and Solange will perform this summer along with Anita Baker, EnVogue, Teena Marie, Salt-N-Pepa, Maxwell, Al Green, Robin Thicke, NeYo, and John Legend. More artists may be added to the weekend line up in the upcoming weeks. The Essence Fest is scheduled for July 3rd - 5th at the Superdome. This year there will also be a tribute to T.D. Jakes.
